And it is SPRINGTIME! We had a little sabbatical trip to Britain and gleaned some great ideas for the studio, classes and events! Art is something that can foster community, unite, encourage, inspire and change us if we give it space. We intentionally structure Barbed Wire Browns to be a place of community building, a creative community for the common good! Consider your response to our invitation to come be a part of these offerings:

Art education to encourage an appreciation for the arts as well as literacy and familiarity with the arts- sign your children or yourself up for a class and tell your friends about us. Family art night is a great start! April 6 or May 10

You want to give back...join us at our charity sewing event, Do you want to grow creatively and artistically come read our art books, take a class, sketch in the carriage house....April 12&13

Homeschool Foundations of Art.
Our weekly art class for homeschoolers combines hands on projects with elements of art and principles of design. Taught by Christine Carter Brown who holds a Bachelor Degree in Studio Arts from Towson University. This class enriches your children and helps them appreciate and value Beauty. Classical music gently plays while your child works. Register and Pay Monthly. April 4,11,18 $45. 1-2pm
Family Fun night this month will be painting on repurposed dictionary pages.This is fun, easy, spontaneous, and exciting. The cost for this family art date is only $16 each so brings some extras like Grandma or cousins. Now we only have 14 spaces and that means only a few families can participate. Reserve your space today by emailing barbedwirebrowns@gmail.com We respond with an invoice and your payed invoice saves your spots. snacks and drinks included!

Family fun night May 10th will be jewelry making! This is Mothers day weekend and would be a great start to celebrating Mom together as a family! $16 each
