And it is SPRINGTIME! We had a little sabbatical trip to Britain and gleaned some great ideas for the studio, classes and events! Art is something that can foster community, unite, encourage, inspire and change us if we give it space. We intentionally structure Barbed Wire Browns to be a place of community building, a creative community for the common good! Homeschool Foundations of Art. Our weekly art class for homeschoolers combines hands on projects with elements of art and principles of design. Taught by Christine Carter Brown who holds a Bachelor Degree in Studio Arts from Towson University. This class enriches your children and helps them appreciate and value Beauty. Family Fun night this month will be painting on repurposed dictionary pages.This is fun, easy, spontaneous, and exciting. The cost for this family art date is only $16 each so brings some extras like Grandma or cousins. Now we only have 14 spaces and that means only a few families can participate.
